Real-world experiences can shape a student's future goals as well as provide an early edge in the field.
Get high school credit and a paycheck at the same time! Work experience and volunteer internships provide students with valuable real-world experiences. To start the work permit process, click on the Work Permit Guidelines and Instructions. For more information,
email
the Community Learning Specialist in your area or contact your Educational Facilitator.
Work Permits are mailed directly to the
e
mployer’s address provided on the Work Permit Application
. If the employer’s fax number has been provided, the Work Permit can be faxed directly to the employer; the original will also be mailed.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for work permits to be received by employer (mailed via US Postal Service)
